Probably were Hidden in the Privy & Dropped to the Bottom during Dismantling. appears to Be all Indians in Rolls.
I Didn't see the End Yet :coffee2:

SCORE, how do you reckon they got in there, fall out of someone's pocket when they went to use the bathroom
or had to hide a illegal stash?

Because it appears to Have been Rolls,
And may have been in something they needed to Break apart.
bakelight ? Tin ? leather ? I'm staying with a Cache Either under the Seat, or Floorboard Stash, or under the Edge of the Privy.
and the Hider died and Never told Family.

Only other reason I Can see, A thief Throwing it in to escape
being caught with it. but less likely

too much for a Accidental pocket Dump imo, Plus if ya Drop your pants to Sit down. Kind of Hard to Drop something in accidentally :dontknow:

Unless ya Crap like an Asian, Stand & Squat over the Hole

according to the old timers and cache hunting books, it is pretty well documented that people would place their money in mason jar or leather pouch and suspend from a rope from a corner of the underside of the wooden floor in outhouses to secret from thieves etc. The rope would break and the cache would fall to the bottom. That is if left there long enough and forgotten due to illness, death, etc.
