I've went through my Krause, page by page, twice, and can't match anything up.
I'm thinking the first one is a break-away from Russia and the others are China/Viet Nam, etc.

I believe the first two words under the guys face spell out 10,000 in Russian

The Asian ones are small--averaging 3 1/2" wide and 1 1/2 tall.

If "chits," no wonder I can't find them in my Krause....

Perforations could also represent an item from a receipt book (for a fare, for example) or for periodic bond interest payments--I'm still guessing and looking.

I think the guy is a portrait of Sergei Panteleevich Mavrodi, founder of the financial pyramid (Ponzi scheme),
which ruined millions of investors during the early 1990s
