Conglomerate fossil find Missouri ??

Found this basketball size conglomerate fossil on the Missouri river in the Saint Charles Missouri area. I broke some pieces off to take pictures. Anybody out there know what kind of fossil these are??They look like seashells and petrified wood in the mix. Could this be a piece from a cataclysmic flood?? Thanks for any help out there.
