Very nice crotal. I think I have found more broken ones than not. Does it still ring? I had a hunt that gave me 4 unbrokens ones, all different sizes and all still rang. Probably won't duplicate that again, lol.

Yes, it still rings! It was a ball of mud and ice until it thawed out.

Cool find, that size is the kind that attached to the reigns. A sleigh bell found in the snow. I've yet to find one intact but a club member found a #5 and a #8 big one

Great find. I found a W.B. bell a few years ago but it had a different mark. Yours is really interesting with the horse/unicorn that's on it.
