I'm trying to find something I can use as a sheath for my new digger. I want to put the sheath on my BAT belt, which is a 2 inch wide Cordura. I've attached a picture of the dimensions, does anyone have a good idea for me to use?

Congrats on the new digger. I think those look awesome.
Anyway I hope that someone can tell where they bought a sheath that fits that exact one perfectly and at a great price.
Until then you might want to google "custom sheath".
I found some pretty cool sites but some are pretty pricey.
Good luck.

I'd get me some heavier leather and make my own.
Lots of info on the internet for making your own sheaths for many things.
It's actually a pretty fun project, I've done several for some personal knives.

Well I was browsing the tool section of my local department store and came across a tool pouch with a belt loop that will work for now. I had to use make a plastic ring to reinforce the lower opening, so that the sharp edges didn't catch very easily.

Well that looks like it fits near perfect.
Look like you did just fine.
Good score.

I have been seeking a solution for something I can provide for my customers. I found one on the kellyco website called the "treasure hunter digger sheath"

It's brown with black edging but they don't say what it's made out of. They are only $5 so I will order one and see how it fits.
