Interesting anchor. Definitely a variation on the "Danforth" anchor which was developed just before WWII, so I'd have to say later than that. Not a "Danforth" brand though. I used a French version of a Danforth anchor on my salvage boat for the bow anchor when working the 1715 wrecks which looked a bit different than the US version. Danforth was bought out by Rule years ago and they sold their anchor division to a Georgia company. Never seen one that looked like this though. Sure a number of different companies made their own versions. I've seen a Chinese "Danforth" style being sold which looks a bit different.
