I don't agree with the ENI - I have traveled all over the USA and found much different results. I guess it depends on what your thoughts of "Education" is. I find people who can take care of themselves and their families are brilliant. People that can quote books and memorize dates and events; though they can't build a house <- - I don't find those people very intelligent. HH

i can read, write, do arithmetic, rebuild any machine made, and build a house...plus plumb, wire, and paint.
plus i can locate indian ruins better than most archies...
