I believe he threatened another member over an argument about painted coins and dumping on his turf.

Merc was banned for threatening a member here in an IM, ban increased when he became belligerent about the temp ban, and became permanent when he began to enter under multiple user names....

Eminem and Merc are not the same person, both only used dynamic ips and ips didn't change, both from totaly different parts of the country....Eminem is still a member here, attacks on him can get the attacker in trouble.....
