I had the same issue with something through the USPO. I bought a movie, Letters from Iwo Jima from e-bay in Jan, the vendor is about 25 miles from me. It took 18 days to get it through bulk mail. Now, here is the kicker. He sent the wrong movie. I mailed it back registered mail, he got the movie he next day, it's now March and I still don't have my movie.

I could have went out and bought US soldiers, and Japanese soldiers and filmed my own movie

That happen to my wife when she bought a movie from the Walmart web sight,and had it shipped to the store for pick up,it came in/or was found a month later.She wasn't happy
