Any info on the piece is greatly appreciated. Friend was saying it looks like a left handed piece? What do I look for to identify if it's left handed? Thanks guys. Happy hunting!

Right hand? Left hand? If you hold the blade in your left hand with the point forward, the right edge would be struck on top with the percussion scars blowing downward, then the blade would be turned over and the left side struck, again the percussion scars would blow downward. If left handed the scars would be opposite, creating beveling, a quick way of sharpening the implement.
