this has to be a scam. Who on earth buys and resides in a home where there is a locked door and just says "I'm not the least bit curious what's in there, I'll just have another spot of tea and check it out several years from now"

I looked for the Van Gogh thread, when I read the article earlier. 
Yeah, there's not too many things, even a locked door, gonna keep secret from someone, who makes themselves well aware of ALL of their surroundings, lol.
I guess some ppl just leave stones unturned?
