First time with pennies!!

so after calling every single bank within miles ( i think i called 20) not one had any halfs or only 2 and it wasnt worth driving 15 miles to go get them. so i decided it was time for pennies. i must say it is very very fun. im in it for the hunt and find that this can be quite the strain i look for. well i was very pleased.

did 2 boxes today and here are my results:
box 1: 9 wheaties
Box 2: 15 wheaties

in total ~$13.20 in81 and prior, i have 3 dollars in 82s dont have a scale right now

so after doing dome math i have about 9lbs of copper and 25% success rate.

cant wait to do this again

good job, i am averaging about 10-12 wheats per box and solid 25% copper, but i don't save copper anymore. my worst box was a few days ago, almost all zinc with half the box marked with blue sharpie...
