Looks like a stabilizer off of some type of vehicle
Does it have a rubber bushing?

My guess it has to do with a wheel...
One part looks to be threaded and what appears to be a cotter pin hole where the castle nut would thread on.

Who knows... maybe for a plow... tractor... some wheelie thingamajingy...
Maybe from a riding lawn mower or the likes.

Someone here will recognize it sooner or later.

Definitely a steel watsamajigger or a whosawhatsis is my educated guess

It's an idler arm from the front end steering of an old car, truck or tractor. It's pictured upside down. It bolts to the frame though the holes and the other end usually connects to the center link.
