Since the habitues of this forum are well known to be among the smartest and craftiest people in the world............ I was given a box of frozen grog legs, I remember my mom cooking those that I caught. Now the problem is . How to cook them, mom was a plain food cook, nothing fancy, just good. So now I need help, but please keep it simple. I bet that T is in first with a good idea. Bob

If you're really serious about this, I know of 2 ways.. If you are joking I know 100's :tongue3:

Seriously
1st and most common, bread them from egg batter and fry
2nd marinate in soy sauce, honey, and garlic and fry

if you want, I'll even pm you the recipe. :icon_thumleft:

I don't use a liquid batter, I use Zatarain's seasoned fish fry.

dip in egg/milk/salt/pepper

then the fish fry.

I fry till golden brown and serve...delicious served with other fried things...hush puppies, fried fish.

 RR
