What a great day, temps in the upper 50, overcast, damp ground. I could not ask for better conditions.

I found a few, after walking the fields for a few hours, I relaxed sitting on the tailgate, listening to the windmill turn, the cows in the field, and ate pistachio nuts. I enjoyed sitting and grubbing down a lot,

The ground was damp and sticky but not extremely wet after an all-night rain.
Did not find a lot but had a decent day in the field. I screwed up my camera with the result being small photos - bummer.

The top one looks complete, if so that’s a winner in my book… but I don’t have the crazy productive sites some posters have. I’ve seen people find in an afternoon what would take me 6 months… now I think I’ll follow your lead and have some pistachios
