Here's one for ya...

I ordered a Garrett pro pointer from kellyco not knowing they were out of stock...
Almost a week goes by... and nothing shipped so I called and found out they were backordered and no eta from Garrett...
So I called back and canceled my order from kellyco and got one off of Amazon which shipped the same day...
Well 2 weeks later my money still hasn't been refunded.
I got a email saying my items have shipped... WTF....lol
So now I have 2 Garrett pro pointers....

I just asked for a refund myself.. I'll be on them until i get it..

I will add that they are sold out of the item i ordered *though they were not when i placed my order* and now with new international shipping policy by First Texas Products. They will be unable to ship my order anyway.. lol happy days :|
People are lazy incompetent jackasses. never assume they're going to do their job.. at least not without a kick in the ass to get them going.
