Identify this rock with gold flecks

I see mica and some pyrite, take a steel knife and press hard at the gold or pyrite I'm pointing at, if it indents without breaking its gold, if it breaks or chips its pyrite or best way to know if you have gold is to crush that specimen into a fine powder then pan it out.

Sounds like a lot of work?! Lol, It did flake off when I did what you said, but when I put vinegar over it stayed gold? Unless that doesn’t mean anything? Thanks so much for your help. I’ll just use the bigger rock for landscape!

If the piece fell off that's perfect, just hit that little piece with a hammer, if it smashes flat it gold because it's metal, if it smashes into a million pieces its pyrite.
