Is this an artifact or odd rock?

I found this today fly fishing and it just seems unnatural. The rock itself was unusual and the shape as well as what seems a deliberate bar. I’m always looking in the water hoping to find something, could be wishful thinking and just a rock, lol. Never posted so I apologize if this isn’t correctly done.
