Is this decorative carving or natural formation?

Would love to know more about this find. Perhaps nutting stone or are those finger holes for use as a scraper? Could this be decorative carving or natural formation on the corner? Reminds me of a dragon. Was found eastern Montana along Yellowstone river.

Natural, they are called Omarolluk, Omar's for short.
