Found in creek, am I just seeing something that ain't there or could this be something
IMO I would find it hard to believe that that stone occurred naturally, but its my opinion, as I am no expert..

Sorry, it is natural, either a fossil fell out or it originally formed around something softer. If you look at the notch there is no sign of drilling or abrading.
