Cool knife. Looks very similar to this one, described as a "vintage miniature Bowie knife" (approx 5 inches long, of which 3 inches is the blade).

The knife itself is unmarked but the leather sheath has the word "Mexico" embossed on it. Currently on fleabay with a "buy it now" of $128

Looks Indian or Pakistani to me. Markings for that style would be on the blade either at the blade metal before it disappears into the guard(tang) or across the flat of the blade near and parallel to the spine. I maximized your pix as much as possible and cannot see a mark. Very few well made knives are unmarked.
