Been out and about for a little while just staying busy.. Been exploring a new area and just getting myself familiar with it.. Lots of sampling for the most part.. the rest is walking. I guess same ole same ole. The gold in the area seems to be decent.. Half gram and gram pickers are common enough. Had a visit from one of locals for the day. We had a pleasant day panning and talking history. Found a little gold. I hope to get to check out some more areas out this year. hopefully soon I can get out to Michigan City area for a bit. Couple other places Id like to get to this winter.. But time never seems to work for me.. Anyway likely be home for a couple days then back at it..

Dang it Mad you sure know how to get a persons blood pounding! I love that country, thanks for sharing! A PFD, way to go staying safe out there but you must get out of the water fast as you wont last long in that stuff but you know that. Continue to take good care of yourself!....................63bkpkr
