moving to sc

OK, I am officially tired of the cold and snow. The wife had a friend in St. George, SC. That's OK with me, so anybody near there or in Dorchester county? What are the views of metal detecting? That's the only reason I want to move to a warmer climate.

It was 1 degree last night in Wisconsin, and 13 at home, I will take low 30's
