My First GOLD Ring With A Pretty Face On It

I went out for a half hour this morning in the rain before work to one of the old farm sites I have been detecting. I was going along a path on the edge of the site for a few minutes before I had to leave. I dug the horribly smashed thimble on one side of the path. On my way back on the opposite side of the path as the thimble I got a nice mid- range signal and thought it was just a pull tab. When I pulled it out and saw the detail I knew right away this was GOLD. I was at least hoping for silver but was blown away to find gold. The tiger's eye stone fell off the ring when I pulled it out of the hole. It still had the glue on the back. It's mangled but still an exciting find for me.
The strange thing about this site is I have dug more jewelry than I have coins. Seems kind of odd for an 1800s farm site.

Was digging yesterday in a mid 1700’s home site and pulled this from ground. I love this because of the condition it’s in despite only being half of it. Anyway hoping the folks out here can help identify this item? Dime for size of course.

Congrats on the ring save, looks like it has had a hard life while being in the dirt.
It's probably a chatoyant tiger's eye.
Some are dated to be Late Victorian/Art Deco.
Looks like Rose gold, in what's called a tank style ring (curved for comfort)
Any thoughts on getting it restored?

The face does look pretty similar. It seems like this type of imagery was popular during the 1800s into the early 1900s.

I would like to get it restored. It looks like it was a very pretty ring before it was destroyed. I have found several rings online that look very similar to mine in style and manufacture that are dated to around the 1880s.

pretty cool ring, and shouldn't be hard to repair and restore. I'd say it dates to the late 1930's

A glance at her beauty is said to leave a man dumbfounded.
Maybe her image is worn as a sort of magic amulet...
