Need help with ID.

Hi, I just found this section and I want to see if any of you might know what this is:

It's from Tennessee where I picked up a ton of crinoid bits and peices in a gully.There are some in this rock too.
I also have a few shells including this one:

Any idea on what kind? I like this one as it's the first thing I found that wasn't a little round crinoid stem. Those get pretty boring after a while.

Looks like some wood fragments in the upper. Pelecypod or clams in the lower.
