just got the simplex lite and got familiar with the settings. I like the features. Tested it in my test garden on a couple of 6” targets. It hit the 6” quarter but was a little iffy on the 6” dime. This was in field mode at full sensitivity. Thinking I liked it but out of curiosity I got out my quest x10 pro for comparison. The x10 pro put the simplex to shame. Same targets had a clearer sharper signal with the coil 2” off the ground. This was with sensitivity set at 70. Highest is 99 on the x10. The simplex pro will be returned. Maybe I got a bad one but who knows. Just for the record I have been detecting for 40 years and have had about 15 detectors of various brands.
