>>>rim thickness is slightly thinner at the anomaly

the area between the raised curve and the rim of the full coin is lower than the level of the field

my best guess is a piece of a CUD that has adhered to the obverse die
OR-----it's just part of the Oak Island treasure trove from TEN-X
