I did a forest hunt on the property of a old church in my area. I know the people that look after it and they said no problem. I got a 1931 British half penny, 1823 Nova Scotia thistle token, 1959 silver dime, 1861 Nova Scotia one cent, hair clip, catholic charm, a strange lead thing that has a crown and number 16 on it and what I consider the find of the day a old bishop/priest ring. To bad it's plated but it cleaned up real nice. Any info on it would be appreciated. Thanks for looking! [emoji2]

You found some nice keepers.:icon_thumleft: Nice work:icon_thumright:. The lead I believe is a lead seal. That ring is awesome even if its only plated.

Awesome digs, especially the ring. I'd be a little more cautious as to what I posted if I was digging in your area according to the content of your other post.

A person gave me this info on the lead thing.
"Possibly 16th Regiment of foot British cuff button from the war of 1812. They landed in the Maritimes towards the end of the war. The design looks similar, the crown was added in the war of 1812".
Only problem is that it's solid lead and to heavy for a button. Any ideas on what else it could be with possibly there logo?
