Finally got out again today to my favorite park. Found this 1939s Merc at a measured 7 inches. Was ringing up on my CTX at 8/45. Even saw a 01/44 a few times. Might have been on edge?

Anyways it must have fell in the dirt shortly after being minted. Made my Day for sure. 4th merc for the year

Then found a 44d wheaty, A big ole honking junk earring and a silver hoop.. Then last and least a aluminum heart ring..

Great detail on Merc. Good find. Found 39 myself last week but doesn't come close to yours.
