Sorry looks like machine doubling to me (worth face value) and not hub doubling which is actually a doubled die not double die.

Garrett Ace 250 and 350. Currently AT PRO.
Looks like machine double to me also. If it were a die misalignment I believe it would be more pronounced. Then again just my opinion.
