Its V-tines day so I thought why not.If you have found some heart shaped relics,jewelry,ect. and you would like to share Post them here.I have only found a few over the years.The carved bullets came from C.W. camps,and the brass piece is a half of a locket I found at a old home site. 005.JPG

Probably my favorite find; A colonial "era" silversmithed Witches' Heart. These early ones were pinned to the blanket wrap that newborn infants were dressed in. It was to prevent bad things for that infant.

I found this one, adjacent to one of the remaining untouched parts of the Connecticut Path, which was established in 1638 as "the way" from the Mass Bay colonies, to settle new colonies in Central CT. I can't tie it to the travelers, nor get a date, but still my best find

later hearts like this, were to show love, but that was much later

That is way too nice CT,I didn't say finds that would blow mine out the water:laughing7:Very nice man!
