Don’t forget to check the belts. Got this 80g sterling silver Ralph Lauren belt and belt buckle for $4.99 at the GW boutique. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1577988864.470887.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1577988876.583537.jpg

I have found that most "pickers" of thirfts etc. walk past belts...

I also look at ties.

Many a time I have found a gold or silver tie tack still attached to a tie.

Good eye JD.

Perhaps it's the photo but the hues on that buckle suggest it is plated. Possibly a fake?

I stopped and looked through some thrift store belts yesterday. Haven't seen a sterling buckle in a long time now, but for the few seconds it takes to have a look at all the belt hanging you just never know what might be there.

I have found a few silver buckles. Now I also look at the leather belt itself because the silver buckles I found have all been attached to to the highest quality leather belts. Good advice on checking the neckties, never thought of that one.
