Today I had the first hunt of 2011! I hadn't been metal detecting in almost two months, so it was great to get out. I went to the old homesite that dates back to the 1800's to see what I could find. Although I didn't find that much, I still had a great time and it just felt good to get out there and detect. The weather has been great lately, the snow melted and the ground thawed. Spring is on its way!
