hi i'm from fredericksburg va.. actually spotsylvania va. near chancellorsville battlefield and close to others in area. i had to retire a bit early so this gives me a lot of exercise. i tell my wife about this giving me exercise and she laughs so i took her with me the other day and had her squat down as many times i did to dig and she now can barely walk. so there good exercise.
