If you do a search on Erotic Hotei Buddha you will find more info about it.

Hotei sat down and crushed those poor people right in the middle of making love. At least he could have waited until they were done! But since we all gotta go, it would be hard to beat as the best way to leave this life.
Since Buddhists believe in reincarnation until finally reaching enlightenment it would make for good conversation in Nirvana . . ." This one time when I died, I was giving the old lady the shocker and guess who shows up? God of Good Luck HA! My, er, his fat behind!"

BTW if eBay will show it uncensored, Treasurenetters would probably be able to handle it.

Are you sure it's porcelain? It looks like a resin cast almost. Did you notice the initials on the bottom of it? They are at about 7:00 below the sticky note, looks like M.H.

Since you don't tell us what the dimensions are, it's kind of hard to be able to make an educated guess as to what it's made from. Often the Chinese/Japanese will use bone to make small statues or other items. They are also often risque and unashamed of the Kama Sutra. I have a couple of ox bone Inro boxes. They are 3 compartment boxes that were draped over the sash/belt of a kimono. The boxes were very much decorative. and often they contained things such as snuff, opium, or other small items. They also had sexually explicit scenes etched into the bone.
