Ended up buying a service of 12 with some
Extras. Was hoping I could pick up some silver at these prices. LCS didn’t have anything worth while. Paid 80% Of melt. It’s sooo pretty!

Good score!
I know you didn't ask, but the pattern is called "American Victorian"
and was patented in 1941.

It is dropping like a rock, but the coin shops aren't moving on their premium over spot. Most have just put a sign in the display cases, saying "no silver available". They are waiting for the price to go back up, and then the silver will magically appear from their back room safe.

When I called my local spot and silver was right at $12/oz, they said folks were going crazy and buying all of their silver at the premium price! He said folks were so worried and they had no reason to lower the price. 1oz rounds were selling at $18-24. Crazy.
