Seriously the government claims to own a lot of stuff but umm its our money that pays for it, tell me how that freakin works. Other thing is are you sure its lead and not zinc, they are so close in weight and color and zinc has been used on ships for a long time for many reasons..one so it is eaten away before the ships hull other is it helps keeps organisms from attaching to the ship as much.
