Tell them "What ever it came out of the ocean" LMAO
Don

Exactly! I was a "little" more impressed with the fact that it is a heavy .925 silver ring!

Very huge ring, that thing was heavy.

Congrats again on the silver find Susan.

For some reason I see a lot more good finds since you got the ACE. ;D

I have a few pictures of the day I will post up tomorrow. Gayle hunting in the arena full of bulls. :icon_scratch: I wondered about that guy and then it looked so fun I had to join him.

Thanks again rsc (Gayle) for the invite.

Shaw I've got to work on my computer skills with the camera download and files for posting. I can take great pics, just not up to snuff on the other part. I will work on it. Also found what appears to be an old copper coin, no details because of the condition. I built a electrolysis bath to try and clean it up. I'm going to try it out on some old pennies first. Will let you know if it works.

squaby, keep us posted on that copper find.

What type of electrolysis device and anode do you have set up for that copper?

Found it on the cleaning and preservation forum here; "Floaters Folger Electrolysis Thingy" or something like that.. Its 2 posts down from your post about the tumbler. Thought I'd give it a try, don't know if the voltage or amps rating on the charger I'm using is the best, but I'll try it out on some old pennies first. Will keep you posted.
