Yesterday I sold some more Cans for .50 a pound. Today I am going to take some prepared iron (I think some call this shredables) in for 120.00 a ton. I will also take some electric motors in for 250.00 a ton. I am in Kansas.

Where do you get your electric motors from , mine are from domestic appliances that I pick up off the street; vacuum cleaners, fans but mainly the about 20lb weight transformer in Microwave ovens which my yard classes as a motor.
Also the power packs on many items these days that I break open for the small 1/2 lb transformer.

I currently run a youth camp and two of my motors were old swimming pool pump motors. They were 7hp and probably weighed 125 to 150 each. The rest were from old appliances. Also a lot of people bring cheap fans that go bad or get broke.
