I've been thinking the Same, What did we learn from the report ?
The airforce Doesn't know what everything people see in the Sky Was/is .
Well da ! we already know that. it may have been a jet but the view was bad !
therefore it's unidentified forever .

I do like the name change to Airborn object But "Identification" depends on them doing their job and being honest.
though Airborn object phenomena Identification may be better

I find it absolutely incredible that 1. Aliens have the technology to travel millions/billions of miles through space but have not figured out stealth technology; and 2. If they want to be seen they fail to show themselves clearly.

well I think I can explain that. at least to my own satisfaction
they are alien, therefore what is stealth to them may not be stealth to us.
just like what is possible to them, may be impossible to us.
also we have 2 eyes 8 fingers and opposable thumbs, arms legs and feet.
and a brain.
and believe they are all necessary

they may not have any of those , but yet still be highly advanced .

remember they are alien

there ships though appear to be metal, may even be like clouds or smoke to the touch.
maybe even just light for fast travel.

our brains and hollywood tell us they are flesh and blood
