Even My back held up Till I walked in the House here to Get My Keys & Camera . got a little stiff after I Stopped

I Hope that's a Good sign & not the Calm before the Storm.

odd Part My Right Knee seemed to get the worst of it
I felt it in My knee when I stood up from sitting here at the Computer for about 30 Minutes.

I guess it was from standing on the Snow & twisting to Throw the shovels of snow to My Left.
My guess if I as a Leftie, I would have felt it in my Left Knee

i have bad knees and already have had surgery on one. The not bad one hurts because your compensating and over using it as a way to protect the other one(if i understood what you said correctly) It happens without you really knowing. I had to really learn to concentrate on using them equally and correctly for a long time before it became normalish again.
