Looks like a quart, 1915-25 for the date. There are some serious Ball collectors out there, and for good reason, they're awesome jars!

NJKLAGT You are correct the jars that had the block letters for the word BALL only where made earlier . However the ones with the words BALL Perfect Mason where made at a later date .Thanks for pointing out the correct time frame .
