Tried a couple news places today very trashy. Going to take some serious cleaning out first. Hit an old fair grounds found 1965 quarters and dimes no silver. Did get a toasted 1938 nickel and a copper medallion. HH!

So close and still no silver, sucks. We found a spot like that back when the ground was still half frozen. We found a lot of 65's both dimes and quarters but, no silver and no wheats. We plan on hitting it again and hard when we get better weather, has to be at least one 64 or better there.lol

Love finding the old tokens, medallions and old watch fobs, I'd say your hunt was still a success.
