so the antler point restrictions are working in PA?

We have a family hunting cabin in Huntingdon County, big deer camp since the early 60's, but the old guys are dying off, the license fees are high for a couple days of hunting, and not being able to shoot small bucks has ended our tradition.

Lot's of great memories, beautiful country.
