"Trending" ? Who's the Mo-Ron ?

all of a sudden news sources have invented a New Meaning ?

Am I the only one who is irritated by this ?
no where in the English dictionary of Meanings
do i see a synonym that Trending means "the Latest news" .

"HAPPENING NOW" was bad enough. everything reported happened
already, or they wouldn't have had the story

Who gets to decide all news sources need to use such a Moronic Title,
& can I officially change the word Reporter to Moron ?

Absolutely ! Trends is like the latest trend in Clothing, Music, Etc.

a Boy digging a hole & finding a gun is News, But not a trend,
& no matter what, there is not going to be a run on digging holes & finding guns.


Now Apple short changing store Workers Maybe, But still.
what are they trying to do ? do they really think the 15 year old girls & wanna Be 's,
out there inventing their own language are going to start reading the news now,
just because it says trending

The media has to keep up with the gooberment at changing words to make things sound better than they do,such as,Its not all right to bomb somebody.How about a kinetic energy release instead,yeah thats it.

Trending comes from trending topics on twitter, the stuff that had the most number of people "talking" about it. Nothing to do with being newsworthy, just what is being yapped about the most

Well "twitter" & "Tweeting" are just as Lame so now it makes sense what type of people are running things
