Two oil paintings curious about value

I picked up these two paintings a while ago at a garage sale for my mom. Was wondering if anyone was familiar with the artist. They look to be oil paintings on canvas with a wooden frame that may or may not have originally been with it.

worth at least a million a piece. I find that this site as well as most sites are not very knowledgeable with oils. I would say they are worth getting them looked at but the quality is soso but with art one never knows. Look at picaso for cripes sake
