vintage 6" bounty hunter coil

can any out there tell me what frequency the old 6" bounty hunter coil is? it came off a old bandit model. also the frequency of a vintage whites coil ,thanks jake

I can't find anything on a Bounty Hunter Bandit. But there are lots of sites that have manuals to the older BH detectors. Vintage Bounty Hunter Detector Models

Do you have a picture of the machine you are talking about? I found one pic that said Bandit on the side and it looks almost identical to the Bounty hunter TR500.

hello shunkaha its the same as the one you found on the gumtree site, the detector does not work anymore ,so i was wondering what frequency the coil is, maybe use it on a different make of machine,

There is no info that I can find as far as the frequency of coil. But it will probably work on any of the older Bounty Hunters.

thanks for the info i,ll try it on some of my old tr machines ie cscope, fieldmaster, ect it might work,nothing to lose.
