Can't believe there is still a discussion going on about Bush. One good thing I remember, we didn't have to worry about Guns or ammo.
Now if he would have acted like a king what do think the news would have been?

If he was so bad why would it take 4 or 5 years to fix it? The shape we're in now I kind of miss him.

Why is it surprising that since it took 8 years to really screw things up it's going to take several years to turn it around?

By every measure the US economy is improving. Obviously it still has has a way to go. But the trends are established - they are in the right direction.

The great issue today is wages - not jobs. The influence of the President or the Federal government on wages is pretty limited. The Federal Reserve could focus more on employment and less on low interest rates. But that would not necessarily translate to higher personal income levels across the board.

Wages? there earned not given. What about the idea on Mim. wage job, some think it should double?? Then what! the guy who busted his A$$ to make 15 or 20$$ per hour Should they get double?
