Weird silver ring!

I spent a heck of a lot of time swinging today, with not much to show for it. I did find this very unusual ring however. It looks like something some high school girl made in jewelry class! Part of the reason I say that is because it's not stamped. It came out of the whole real clean and it's heavy though. Anyone ever seen one like this? Yeah , it could have been an academic jewelry project - it's a lost wax cast piece (kinda heavy porosity due to oxidation in the flask or
overheating the silver in the crucible ) nice find !

Not that I'd know anything about this but, if you straightened that thing out leaving the circle part for a handle, it would look like a tiny spoon. Perhaps a coke spoon. A coke spoon ring. =)
