Wet ink error?

Good morning! Found these 2 dollar bills as change at 2 different stores. The top you can see the back of the bill on the front and the bottom bill you can see some of the back of the bill to left and right of the washington portrait. Dont know if it is of significance but wanted to share. Happy Hunting!
